Infrastructure Services

Electrical service can be provided under two broad heads:

Comprehensive protection: This service provides round the clock 24 hours a day peace of mind. All in-house faults are detected and corrective measures taken promptly.

Specified protection: Specific mutually arranged hours of electrical support is provided as per schedule on (non compounding basis) for detecting and rectifying all in-house faults.

Plumbing service is provided primarily under the Annual plumbing Service Maintenance Contract. This includes troubleshooting, leaks trace and repairs, re-piping services, gas piping (where applicable), underground water and drain piping installation and repairs (where applicable/ permitted by local authorities).

Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Co-ordination/ Contracts: This particular service provided by our OEM co-ordination team is geared to deliver at all times an even and unparalleled level of comfort with respect to activities such as servicing/ repairs of machinery and equipment sourced from OEM vendors the world over.

Painting & polishing service: experienced workmen in teams of 2 to 6 people efficiently accomplish such jobs. Paint application is done using brushes, rollers and spray equipment. Quality preparation of all surfaces is done and high quality lacquer finish is given if required. Painting, wallpaper removal, plastering, texturing, lacquering, staining and varnishing are some of the services that are provided. All items and surfaces that are not to be painted and/or are prone to damage by paint are covered with clean drop cloths and/ or plastic covers or moved from the area (and later replaced), or otherwise protected as a normal part of our preparation process. The frequency of each service is as per evaluated workload and operational feasibility.

Carpentry: All minor/ major carpentering jobs are addressed. Since the volume of carpentering jobs coming up on a normal basis does not justify the posting of a dedicated
